Sourdough is looking more and more like the real thing. Go, Starter, go!
You guys! This is the best sourdough, yet! My sourdough attempts have been varied and numerous, but I think with the help of numerous cookbooks, mind melding with other bread people, and combining Starters, I’m finally close.
